Flameproof PID Controller

X48V1 is a full-featured PID controller designed for use in hazardous environments. It is housed in a heavy-duty enclosure certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA & IIB with IP65 rating - completely dust proof and a good level of protection against water. It receives input from 8 types of thermocouples (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T), Pt100, Cu53 as well as other 3-wire RTD sensors, 0 - 50 mV voltage and 4-20 mA or 0 - 20 mA analog current signals. A triple 7-segment LED display and individual LEDs on the front of the process controller indicate set point and process values, relay status, auto/manual power status and communication status. Buttons on the front of X48V1 ,accessible through the flameproof enclosure, allow operators to easily set up to 1/ 2 / 3 set points.X48V1's electromagnetic relays trigger heating, cooling or any of 6 types of alarms - full-scale high/low, deviation high/low, in band and out band.It also retransmits an isolated output (1 or 2) signal to other devices such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Signal isolation protects your devices and machines downstream of our instruments from damaging fluctuations in the input signal. X48V1 is an auto-tuning controller, from cold start or at set point. Typical applications are temperature control, RH control, thyristorised heating applications, AHU control in HVAC and BMS applications.
