Head Mount Temperature Transmitter


SCC641 is a head-mounted temperature transmitter with universal input and an isolated 2-wire, 4~20 mA output. It is used to convert a variety of input signals into a scalable 4 to 20 mA analog output signal. The transmitter converts 8 types of thermocouples (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T), RTDs (Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000, Cu53, Ni100, Ni500, Ni1000), resistance (0 up to 400Ω, 2000Ω or 5000Ω) and a wide range of linear voltage inputs (-10~75 mV, -100~100 mV, -100~500 mV, -100~1000 mV). SCC641 has active temperature compensation. SCC641 provides galvanic signal isolation of 2000 V AC RMS, 50/60 hz / 1 minute between the input and the 4~20 mA output.
