In the manufacturing departments in various section where they have different types of dryers installed, they require constant monitoring of temperature and vacuum to maintain it on a standard level as per the recipe which was designed using AutoCad.

Temperature and vacuum data is taken from various dryers like Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer(RCVD), Tray Dryer(TD) and Vacuum Tray Dryer using RTD and Vacuum transmitter is taken to a PLC using analog inputs. From PLC data is modulated to SCADA PLC located in the control room via Ethernet.

In SCADA, there are soft alarms generated for high - low values of temperature and vacuum.
