NEX235 is a series of AHU controller, PID Controller, Temperature Indicator, On/off Controller, Indicator with alarms and Process controller with RPM indication manufactured by Radix.
Three universal analog inputs are included in NEX235; the input types are: 14 thermocouple inputs; RTDs inputs(Pt100/Cu53/JPT100); 0-50 mV, 0-10 V and 4-20 mA. As well as three analog outputs which are 4-20/0-20/20-4/20-0 mA. In NEX235 the sensor break protection and cold junction compensation is customized by the user (or is user programmable)..
The Process Controller NEX235 features two relays with NO-C-NC, NO-C contact types and includes a 12 VDC drive signal for an external SSR. The sampling interval is set to either 50 ms or 200 ms, depending on the program configuration and transmitter supply will be 22 V (nominal), 30 mA (maximum). The maximum load for current output is upto 500 ohms and voltage output is greater than 10k ohms in NEX235 Process controller. It includes a 3 x 4 digit, 7-segment 0.56" (14.2 mm), with red LED display.
The communication in the process controller NEX235 available is MODBUS RTU connectivity with Isolated RS485 and the user programmable baud rate comprises from 2400 to 57600. Bumpless Auto/Manual control is provided. NEX235 has a supply voltage of 85-265 VAC with frequency 50/60 Hz or 18~30 VDC. The Enclosure is certified flameproof for gas groups IIA & IIB with material aluminium alloy.
NEX235 process controller comes with size 355x85x165 mm with ingress protection IP66 (IEC) / NEMA 4X rating. 4 pushbuttons are provided to control the 2 setpoints, programming and alarm acknowledgement.
