Know more about Radix Pressure Gauges

Radix manufactures the full range of mechanical and digital pressure gauges suitable for measuring gauge pressure, absolute pressure, vacuum pressure and differential pressure. Depending on the application, one of the following pressure gauge types can be used: Bourdon tube pressure gauge, Diaphragm pressure gauge (Diaphragm seal pressure gauge), Capsule pressure gauge and Differential pressure gauge. Our pressure gauges, including digital pressure gauges, are built to the international standard EN-837.

Types of Pressure Gauges

Radix manufactures various pressure gauge types, including Bourdon tube pressure gauge (Bourdon pressure gauge), vacuum pressure gauge (vacuum gauge) and compound pressure gauge (compound gauge) in various sizes and material to meet the requirements of industrial process and utility applications.

Vacuum Gauge (Vacuum Pressure Gauge)

The vacuum gauge provides precise measurement of negative pressure (below atmospheric) and is available in dry or liquid-filled versions for enhanced vibration resistance.

Key Features of Pressure Gauges

  1. Measuring ranges from vacuum (-1 bar) to 1600 Bar
  2. Accuracy options from ±2.5% to ±0.5% of FSD
  3. Available in dry or glycerin/silicone oil-filled versions for vibration damping

Applications of Vacuum Gauges

Vacuum gauges are widely used across industries such as oil and gas, chemical, power, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and water treatment.

Differential Pressure Gauge

Types of Differential Pressure Gauge

Differential pressure gauges are available in :

  1. Diaphragm type for medium and high static pressures
  2. Bellows type for low differential pressure ranges
  3. Magnehelic type for low-pressure cleanroom or HVAC applications

Radix differential pressure gauges are designed for monitoring differential pressure in filters, pumps, compressors, and process lines.

Diaphragm Seal Pressure Gauge

Types of Diaphragm Seal Pressure Gauge

  1. Design variant
  2. Flush diaphragm
  3. Sandwich or I-section type
  4. Capillary type
  5. In-line and extended designs
  6. Jacketed and sanitary (hygienic) seals

Key Features of Diaphragm Seal Pressure Gauges

  1. Operating temperature range: –90°C to +400°C
  2. Fill fluids available: Silicone oils (DC200/704/705/710), Fluorolube, Halocarbon, Glycerin, food-grade oils
  3. Wetted parts available: SS316L, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium, Tantalum, PTFE-lining

Radix manufactures diaphragm seal (chemical seal) pressure gauges that isolate the pressure gauge from the process medium, enabling reliable measurement even with corrosive, viscous, or high-temperature media.

Pressure Gauges - Quality & Certification

All Radix products undergo stringent quality checks and are supported by relevant certifications:

  1. CE & IBR approvals
  2. NABL-certified calibration reports
  3. Material test certificates (3.1 / 3.2)
  4. Hydrotest, PMI and IP-68 protection
